Dr. Ting Lu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Shanghai Jiaotong University, dual Master’s Degrees from University College London (UCL) and University College Dublin (UCD), and a PhD in Public Health from UCD. Her expertise spans clinical nutrition, epidemiology, and food safety risk assessment and communication.
 
Dr. Lu has served as a postdoctoral researcher at the National Centre for Food and Nutritional Research in Ireland and has actively contributed to several national and international collaborative projects, including the EU-China Safe project. Her systematic research addresses public concerns and perceptions regarding health risks and food safety, providing essential theoretical support for government policymaking. Dr. Lu is dedicated to advancing knowledge in her fields and empowering communities through informed health and nutrition practices.
