Hon. Sasithorn Kittidhirakul is a Member of the House of Representative of Thailand with extensive experience in public administration, regional development, and community-driven policy implementation. She has served in senior governmental roles, including as Deputy Minister to the Ministry of Interior, where she contributed to the oversight and advancement of key national and local development initiatives.
During her tenure at the Ministry of Interior, she played a central role in supervising several strategic areas. Her work included strengthening the Department of Community Development, where she promoted participatory approaches and grassroots economic development to foster sustainable and resilient communities. She has also been actively engaged with the Wastewater Management Authority, supporting the expansion and efficiency of wastewater treatment systems to ensure environmentally sound and economically viable services for communities. In addition, she has contributed to market organization and administrative management reforms aimed at enhancing competitiveness and operational effectiveness.
Her professional trajectory reflects a strong commitment to regional governance and multi-level coordination. She has held numerous advisory and committee roles across sectors, including tourism, education, public health, environmental management, and economic development. Her contributions to tourism-related initiatives have been part of broader regional development efforts.
