Inaya Ezzeddine
Inaya Ezzedine, Member of the National Assembly, Minister of State for Administrative Reform (2016-2018)
Dr. Ezzeddine has been a Member of the Lebanese parliament representing the Tyre and the Zahrani governate since May 2018. She chairs the Women and Child Parliamentary Committee and is a member of the environment, public health, labor, and social affairs committees. She is a member of the Executive Board of the Regional Parliamentary Forum for health and well-being in the Eastern Mediterranean Region, a forum established in collaboration with the World Health Organization. In December 2016, Dr. Ezzeddine was appointed Minister of State for Administrative Reform in the government of Prime Minister Saad El Hariri. She was the only female minister in a cabinet of 30 members. Dr. Ezzeddine is the founder and owner of the Medical Analysis and Pathology Laboratory (MAP), which she established in 1999 in Beirut/Lebanon.
