Carolina Müller-Möhl is the Founder and President of the Müller-Möhl Group and the Müller-Möhl Foundation. An investor, philanthropist, and public affairs leader, she is committed to advancing education, strengthening the compatibility of work and family life, supporting Switzerland as a business hub, and promoting philanthropy. She studied political science, history, and law at the University of Heidelberg, the London School of Economics, and the Free University of Berlin, graduating with honors.
Since founding the Müller-Möhl Group in 2000, Carolina has led the family office’s international asset management activities. She has also chaired Gebrüder Müller Immobilien AG since 2001. Through the Müller-Möhl Foundation, established in 2012, she has brought together her long-standing social, political, and philanthropic engagement under one roof
Carolina has held board and advisory roles across business, academia, and civil society, including at Nestlé, Orascom Development Holding, NZZ, Fielmann AG, Avenir Suisse, economiesuisse, and leading Swiss universities. She is also deeply engaged in initiatives promoting women’s representation across business, politics, media, and society, including taskforce4women, EqualVoice, EDGE Certified Foundation, and Generation CEO
She was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2007 and received the World Woman Hero Award in 2025
