Anela Sylvester

Anela is a multidisciplinary student pursuing a dual Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering through Algebra Bernays University and Goldsmiths, University of London. She brings experience in digital marketing, project coordination, event management and healthcare, and has completed the MIT Innovation Leadership Bootcamp.

Currently, she is a Database & Advocacy Officer at Women Political Leaders (WPL), where she combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to support data-driven initiatives. Her interests lie at the intersection of technology, policy, and human experience, particularly in data protection, privacy legislation, healthcare, and cybersecurity diplomacy.

She is passionate about shaping digital environments that are both secure and welcoming, with visual identities that feel approachable to every user. Beyond tech, she plays in an orchestra and explores new ways to connect art, design, and technology through creative expression.
