After completing her studies at the Regina Mundi Convent in 1981 and the School of Health Studies in 1984, she became a registered Nurse & Midwife.
In 1998, Hon. Esparon began her political career as a National Assembly candidate for the District of Glacis for the United Opposition Party and to date remains an elected member of the Seychelles National Party (SNP) Executive Committee.
In 2010, Hon. Esparon became the Chairperson of the Seychelles National Party Women’s Organization until 2017. In September 2016, she was elected as a Member of the 6th National Assembly for the District of Glacis for the Opposition Party, Linyon Demokratik Seselwa (LDS).
Hon. Esparon is the Chairperson of the Women’s Parliamentary Caucus, a Member of the House Committee and the Pan African Parliament (PAP).
