We need more women as political leaders because, first, it is only fair that they have better and adequate representation in politics as in any other area of our society. Second, having more women political leaders will lead to better, more diverse, inclusive and representative decisions for our countries and communities – and it will improve the legitimacy of the decision making process as well.
