The Crans Montana Forum’s meetings gather at the highest level, Governments, International Organizations, Parliaments and Businesses from around the World.
The Crans Monata Forum is convinced that the African Women’s Forum will offer a privileged opportunity for Women from around the world to discover the reality of African society and support the key role of African women in the world integration process of Africa.
The initiative is supported by UNESCO and its Director General Mrs. Irina Bokova as well as numerous important organisations among them ISESCO and Transparency International, etc.
WIP supports the idea and therefore is happy to be hosting a plenary session during the Crans Montana African Women’s Forum and thus adding the necessary focus on the role of Parliaments.
The title of the Plenary Session hosted by WIP is “The role of Women in Parliaments in Africa – Parliaments in Africa and their impact on the lives of Women” and will take place during the Founding Meeting in Brussels from 16:45 to 17:45 on 21 March 2014.
